Our new Internal Communications Advisor will join a high performing Brand, Marketing & Communications team, comprising digital, external, and internal communications professionals. This award-winning team presents the brand voice of Aurecon as it interacts with clients, employees, and other stakeholders. It aligns Aurecon’s verbal, visual and digital messages and activities with its purpose and strategy.
Reporting to the Internal Communications Lead, you will lead global internal campaigns, designing and delivering engaging communications to drive an outstanding employee experience.
Your role will include:
- Strategising campaign content creation and editing, across owned channels, aligned to the Aurecon Group strategy ‘Blueprint’ and the Brand, Marketing & Communications team strategy
- Working closely with the internal comms and creative teams to execute communication touchpoints to connect with employees across Aurecon globally
- Developing a collaborative and co-creative working relationship with Brand, Marketing & Communications Business Partners to support their campaigns, working with a diversity of stakeholders from all corners of the business.
- Providing advice and data driven insights to the Internal Communications Lead and Group Director, Brand, Marketing & Communications on key strategic projects and their outcomes.
- Connecting with Regional Managing Directors, Country Leads and Business Partners to enhance communications outputs which deliver business updates, news and enterprise services information

- Have proven experience in a Marketing and Communications role, planning and delivering multi-faceted campaigns to a range of audiences, measuring effectiveness and iterating to improve
- Holds a tertiary qualification in Marketing and Communications, Journalism, Corporate Affairs or related area
- Actively looks for opportunities to weave messaging strategically, acting as a connector through listening, sense-making and advising
- Is skilled at uncovering and defining campaign objectives with stakeholders at all levels and developing intelligent campaign deliverables that deliver results
- Exhibits agility in straddling strategy, planning and execution, with hands-on operational responsibilities
- Enjoys working in a tightknit and supportive team as well as a diversity of stakeholders across Aurecon globally
- Is skilled at identifying projects which are aligned with strategies and those which are not - able to manage projects based upon a ‘stop, start, continue’ approach.
