**Customer Support Consultant (Excellence Centre Champion)**

As the** Customer Support Consultant**, you’re the first point of contact for customers seeking advice on New Horizons’ services and support. You will support the customer on their journey to help them engage with the right kind of services at a leading Not For Profit.

As a registered NDIS provider, New Horizons specialise in supporting people with disability, mental health concerns, those who are aged, people at risk of homelessness, youth, and Indigenous Australians.

This is a Full-time position at North Ryde. Internally you will be called **Excellence Centre Champion**.

**About You**
- You’re passionate about people getting the help they need first time.
- Experience supporting customers to meet their service needs. This could be as a support coordinator, customer service officer or in a sales capacity, etc.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life.
- Understanding NDIS and supporting people with a disability is desirable.
