Job Summary
To be successful in this role you will have experience of working in a service driven industry like retail, hospitality, or contact centres and thrive in high volume environments.

As the Customer Service Representative your key responsibilities will be:

- Maintaining company values and ensuring these are the forefront of all actions within the role.
- Providing positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers / colleagues / stakeholders (both internal & external) always.
- Provide a High Level of customer service to our partners, customers, patients, and all clinics.
- Process all data entry and customer requests in an accurate and timely manner ensuring adherence to KPIs / SLAs
- As a member of a team, it is important to communicate and coordinate with colleagues effectively and efficiently remembering our values ‘work it together’
- Demonstrate drive and initiative to achieve high performance and meet set targets / deadlines
- Adhere to all HIS policies, relevant standard operating procedures, and current WH&S requirements
