**About Us**

Cobra Waste Solutions is a family owned and run company providing end-to-end environmental and waste management solutions across the waste management supply chain. Being a family run company has allowed us to gain a level of service other large companies simply cannot compete with.

**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven, technically minded individual looking to begin a career in Customer Service or kick start or reignite your career in administration. Lots of potential for career and wage growth.

You may be in a similar role, or you could be within the retail and customer service industry looking to take the next step in an administration career.

Continued training and upskilling are available through in-house training that provides further opportunity for growth within the business.

You will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing effective administrative and office services support to facilitate the smooth operation of the business unit.

You will also work alongside and be supported by a close-knit sales team and experienced operational team.

**You will**
- Manage customer complaints to resolution, following set procedures
- Maintain our CRM Database of customer information

**Your skills and experience**
- Previous experience in a customer facing role or office environment
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in data entry, customer maintenance
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Experience in using computers very well

Database and product training will be provided. Shift times will be starting from 8am to 5pm and some Saturdays you may be expected to work.

You must be a team player and have a can do attitude. Our office is located in Saint Marys 2760 in our recycling centre.

- 8 hour shift
