As Sales Associate you will be supporting one of our highly successful agents who specialise in the Lane Cove market.

What we are looking for:

- Strong work ethic combined with "can do" attitude
- Great time management skills, and the ability to work to deadlines and multi-task
- Genuine client focus plus ability to work closely with team members
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and immaculate presentation

What you will do:

- To actively prospect to generate sales leads (i.e., prospecting calls, letter drops, doorknocking etc.)
- Attend appraisals and listing appointments as required
- To grow the team’s database with geographical data (sellers, buyers, pipeline)
- Conduct open homes, private buyer inspections and conduct buyer follow-up
- Manage buyers / buyer match to team listings
- Co-ordinate and conduct various team appointments (i.e. pest and building inspections, bank valuations, pre-settlement inspections)
- Data entry & Database management
- Liaise/negotiate with clients as required
- Attend and contribute at all team meetings
- General office, sales and administration support as required

You will have:

- The ability to work pro actively and independently
- Excellent communication skills - verbally and written
- Excellent phone manner/skills
- Strong work ethic, confidence and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated, systems orientated, super organised
- Must have a Certificate of Registration

We are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and an eagerness to work with the best in the industry. The position is Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week.
