This position will afford incredible flexibility with a choice of either part-time or full-time work. Your job will entail phoning people interested in keeping their buildings and occupants safe from fire.

**A list of targeted people for you to call who have an ongoing need for fire safety and working with our company. You will have the unique opportunity to speak with, qualify and enroll them into a path to ensuring their buildings and their tenants and their tenants assets are safe from fire.

**You will receive training and coaching in a simple and effective sales process which will allow you to avoid common obstacles and start making sales within days of starting with us.

**COMPENSATION**:
This role comes with excellent opportunities to grow within our company as a result of your performance. Monthly income potential for part-time work is $60 - 80K, with full-time work offering a potential of $100 - 170K+

If you’re average you will earn 100K

If you’re a superstar you will earn 120 - 170K

**TASKS YOU'LL BE PERFORMING**:
**Management of a basic sales pipeline CRM: Each day you will update and manage CRM notes and call sheets.

**Calling: 4 - 6 prospects every hour will be expected.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
To qualify for this job with our company, you must possess the following skills:
**Great Communication Skills: You will be representing our company and sales team during your conversations with target businesses. A love for conversing with people as well as ease when talking on the phone is vital.

**Great People Skills and Positive Mindset: In addition to a genuine enthusiasm for talking to people, persuasiveness and the ability to alleviate potential clients’ concerns will make interactions exciting and a positive outcome for all involved.

**Coachable: You will learn and master your role by working with both our company’s co-founder and our in house sales coach. An open mind and desire to improve will propel your performance forward.

**Team Oriented: Our team thrives on close collaboration and good-natured competition. As part of the sales team, your positive working relationship with your team mates is essential - more sales converted equals more income for you

**Self-Starter: Because you will sometimes be working from home, it is essential that you be adept at time management and efficient handling of your own schedule.

**Consultative telephone/in person sales experience is a must.. Full training will be provided and this position has an immediate start. If you do not have experience on your resume you will not be considered for the job.
