We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Sales Associate to join our high performing sales team and make a significant impact on our customers' lives.

**THE ROLE (Casual Position)**

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the home buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, showcasing our range of exceptional residential construction projects, and assisting clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.

**Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to**:

- Responsible for manning the front desk of the display home, greeting all customers, maintaining the customer information.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
- Work in collaboration with the Sales consultant to assist in marketing and promoting the company’s residential housing product.
- Responsible for the presentation of our Centre. Ability to develop a strong relationship with potential home buyers.
- Hand out marketing material, register leads and maintain the professional presentation of the display homes and sales office.

**To be successful for this role you'll need**:

- Customer service experience.
- Ability to connect with potential home buyers.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work 3 days in a week Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- Own a reliable vehicle with full driver license.
