**Exciting Career Opportunity: Digital Marketing Manager**

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage and optimize our digital advertising platforms.
- Analyze data to improve Marketing Efficiency Ratio (MER) across all platforms.
- Test and refine creative strategies to discover high-performing content.
- Optimize SEO and manage strategic keyword changes for Google.

**About the Role**:
This is a full-time, 3-month trial position with the potential to become permanent. As our in-house Digital Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, creating and running ad campaigns to discover winning strategies. You'll work from our fully equipped office or remotely, with the expectation to collaborate in-person for 2-3 days each week to strategize and develop content with our team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
