As we continue to grow, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about customer service to help us drive success in our Beresfield branch.

Who We're Looking For:

We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our successful team. You'll be working from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and a rotating Saturday morning roster.

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers via phone, digital media, and in-person interactions.
  • Processing transactions efficiently using our ERP system.
  • Understanding customer needs and making tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
  • Managing orders and preparing accurate quotations.
  • Training and mentoring new employees to ensure our high standards are maintained.

About You:

You're a friendly, proactive individual with a knack for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You excel in communication and have a natural talent for guiding customers through their purchasing decisions. Experience in building supplies or the construction/roofing industry essential, as is a customer-centric approach and eagerness to grow.
