The Role

We’re looking for a motivated **Warehouse & Fulfilment Assistant** to join us on a **short-term 4-5 month contract**, with the potential for ongoing work afterwards.

This is a hands-on, physically active role that’s perfect for someone keen to build practical skills in warehousing and eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack & inspect incoming stock
- Upload stock into our system (basic computer tasks required)
- Pick & pack orders quickly and accurately
- Keep warehouse clean & organised (sweeping, vacuuming, general upkeep)
- Rearrange shelves, lift/move stock boxes safely
- Drive company car to collect/deliver items (valid licence + insurance required)
- (Bonus) Assist with Shopify uploads, marketing tasks & creative projects if you have relevant skills

Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in a warehouse, pick/pack centre, or delivery/sorting role is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy (inventory or order management systems)
- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting safely
- Quick learner, accurate, and strong attention to detail
- Motivated, reliable, and able to follow instructions
- Current driver’s licence + insurance required for vehicle use

Safety & PPE (mandatory)

We take workplace safety seriously. All staff must:

- Wear **safety boots (steel cap)** on-site
- Use **high-visibility clothing** when handling deliveries
- Use **cut-resistant gloves** when handling stock/sharp items
- Wear **certified laser protective eyewear** when operating or near the laser engraver (supplied/approved by us)
- Follow WHS training, induction & safe operating procedures

**Important**: Workers must be **18+ to operate or assist with the laser engraver or any hazardous machinery**. Full training, induction, and competency sign-off will be provided before operation.
