**Description**:
We continue to experience growth and are actively seeking a Team Assistant to become a part of our Business Advisory team based in our Brisbane office. In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide top-tier administrative support to our senior leadership while also playing a crucial role in fostering connections with our valued clients and representing the firm.
About the role
Manage client onboarding and exits (CRM updates, ethical/engagement letters)
Organise and oversee client files
Assist in client correspondence and fee preparation
Support workpaper compilation and financial document collation
Aid in establishing new entities (Trusts, Companies)
Maintain Company Secretarial Registers using Corporate Affairs System (CAS)
Liaise with the (Australian Taxation Office (ATO) & Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to client related matters, including lodgements of tax returns, activity statements, and corporate documents
Create/maintain standard templates
Performing other general office and client matter administration duties as required, such as filing, copying, scanning, saving documents, archiving.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
Demonstrated office administration experience (experience within the professional services industry and/or a Chartered Accounting firm will be highly regarded)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and well developed computer literacy
High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
A collaborative approach to teamwork and the ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
A driven individual, who has a genuine desire to help people and a focus on exceeding your personal, as well as the wider teams’ goals.
