About the role
Reporting to the Information Technology Manager and working closely with the ChCV IT Team and CSV Digital, the Technical Support Analyst will primarily be responsible for providing timely and high-quality support to ChCV IT Customers, including judiciary and staff.
The Technical Support Analyst will contribute to level 1 and level 2 support and plays an active role in assisting the team with various IT projects, from development to implementation.
About you
**Experience**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide IT support over the phone, in person and via remote access software
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of internal staff with differing levels of ICT knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisational structure and excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional PC Skills, including a high level of competence with MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality IT services, be self-motivated and to improve outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise in PC hardware, software and LAN/WAN facilities.
