- Reporting to the Digital Management Services Domain Lead, the Digital Contract Manager will lead the management and delivery of technology contracts within CSV Digital, by effectively reviewing and monitoring contract performance and deliverables including managing risks and issues.

**About us**
This role operates within the Digital team. CSV Digital provides a comprehensive range of IT services to ensure courts are properly supported with technology and communication in its day-to-day work and service to the community.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Digital Management Services Domain Lead, the Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing and providing advice on the management and administration of IT goods and services contracts, ensuring; contracting requirements are met, and providers are held accountable in accordance with their contractual obligations.
**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience in Business Management (ideally with a commercial, contract management or procurement focus)
- Demonstrated extensive commercial acumen encompassing the management and negotiation of complex IT contracts, including oversight of service level agreements, associated expenditure and effectively handling complex issues and associated risks.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting commercial negotiations, contract variations and providingbriefing recommendations to Senior Management.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising and negotiating on contractual matters and achieving value for money by obtaining co-operation from a range of major internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for CSV.
- Experience and understanding of the procurement and/or delivery of IT service and goods contracts from within the public sector - highly regarded.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
