About the role - Prepare communications content and materials across a range of channels including print, digital and web - Assist in implementing and supporting delivery of communication activities, such as: - newsletter submissions - intranet articles for external party organizations - FAQs - page content (inc. contact, helpful resources) - demonstration videos - correspondence. **Duties include**: - Support the Communications Manager and Senior Communications Officer to ensure any modification to communication materials required for external audiences is in line with CMS key messaging - Ensure communications are distributed within CMS timeframes and to a high quality - Work in close collaboration with the Communications Manager and Senior Communications Officer to support the development of communication messaging and materials to courts staff - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other courts' communications teams to support the consistent flow and coordination of communication and change outcomes across the organisation - Support the OCR team with developing content for the new CMS Help Centre, where relevant - Provide ad hoc administrative and technical support to the team, including supporting other team initiatives. About you - A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in communications and/or journalism is desirable. - Experience working in a busy environment and/or communications role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines - Highly computer literate with demonstrated experience in the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) - Demonstrated experience either within complex organizations and/or a consulting/project environment is highly desirable."
