**What We're Looking For**:We're on the hunt for a casual barista who is not just looking for a job, but a place to grow and thrive. If you have a passion for coffee, a knack for multitasking, and love building meaningful connections with customers, you could be the perfect fit for our team There is also potential for this opportunity to grow to full time in the near future.

**Friday**:6am -1pm

**Saturday**:7:30am-4pm

**Sunday**:7:30am - 4pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Work closely with the owner and operations manager to streamline coffee operations and processes.
- Multitask like a pro during busy periods, ensuring all customers receive prompt and friendly service.
- Build genuine relationships with our customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.
- Take the initiative and be responsible for opening and closing the store - your the key to making each day at Hap special.

**Requirements**:

- Previous barista experience in a high volume, fast-paced hospitality environment working with specialty coffee.
- Ability to work solo & with others on the machine and manage +6kg per day
- Genuine passion for building strong relationships with team and customers.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Willingness to take on responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
