We are looking for a versatile Barista/All Rounder who can seamlessly switch between crafting exceptional coffee and assisting with various other responsibilities within our cafe.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our standards.
- Maintain quality control by consistently monitoring coffee grind, extraction time, and milk texturing.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Assist with food preparation and cooking, particularly in the crepe-making process.
- Keep the coffee station and equipment clean and organized.
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including bussing tables, washing dishes, and cleaning counters.
- Engage with customers, answer questions, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to coordinate food and beverage orders.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.80 - $38.70 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
