Job Title: Full Time Barista at Carlton

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Barista to join our growing team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista in specialty coffee
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for specialty coffee

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages in accordance with venue standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the cafe
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe and equipment
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Continuously develop your knowledge and skills in specialty coffee

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlton, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
