Reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with the state business leadership team and the wider centralised recruitment and HR team, this is a high-impact role that will see you join our business during a period of transformation and growth.
I-MED Radiology Network is Australia's largest diagnostic imaging network, with circa 4,500 employees, located in more than 240 clinics across metropolitan, regional and rural communities throughout Australia. We offer medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures and each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.
Based in our Corporate Head Office in the CBD you will be responsible for end to end recruitment delivery for our Clinics across the NSW/ ACT/ WA business unit, that includes all Diagnostic Imagining Technicians (Radiographers, Sonographers, Nuclear Medicine Technicians and others). You will act as a trusted advisor to drive high quality recruitment performance utilising best practice attraction & sourcing strategies, and enabling smart, flexible and quality hiring decisions aligning to our overall culture of collaboration, innovation and customer focus.
As a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist you will provide advice on recruitment policy & process, best practice methodology and enjoy educating and training our hiring teams on best practice recruitment to ensure we have the highest quality and diverse talent continuing to join our business. You have in-depth end to end recruitment experience, ideally with healthcare, and can demonstrate how you engage and work with multiple stakeholder groups to influence and deliver the right recruitment outcomes. There will be some travel locally and to Regional NSW, the ACT and WA as necessary and the opportunity for the person to work flexibly in a hybrid manner.
