We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to work with one of our clients.

The role will be responsible for the management of the ICT team and its associated activities and deliverables during the assignment.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure ICT service delivery is managed and monitored effectively and that identified actions to maintain or increase levels of service are implemented in a timely manner.
- Management of systems with service providers, including communicating of upgrades and outages, oversee relevant testing, implementation, and escalation channels.
- Oversee and manage network administration of a small to medium sized ICT environment.
- Manage ICT services with external third-party under the government ICT contracted services.
- The position will be part of the agency's leadership team.

**Ideal skillset**:

- Demonstrated experience in procurement and information technology projects with a recognised project management methodology.
- Experience working within ICT in the South Australian Government
- Demonstrated knowledge of the South Australian Cyber Security Framework and assessment of compliance to the Toolkit.
