**About the Role**
**We are looking for someone who will**:
- ** Drive Innovation and Business Improvement** - Support strategic ICT projects, assess emerging technologies, and implement solutions that enhance our operational efficiency.
- ** Collaborate and Influence at a Leadership Level** - Work closely with the ICT Operations Manager and leadership team to design and execute a robust strategic ICT roadmap that supports Centacare’s long-term vision.

Beyond your technical expertise, you are a **natural leader** with the ability to **motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team**. Your **strong communication and interpersonal skills** allow you to engage with stakeholders at all levels, making complex technology solutions accessible and actionable.
**What You Bring to the Role**
- Proven experience leading and developing ICT professionals, with a passion for fostering growth and collaboration.
- Skilled in planning, budgeting, and managing resources effectively within complex environments.
- Exposure to **community services, not-for-profits, or government sectors**is an advantage, along with familiarity with CRM, Case Management, HR, Financial, and Data Reporting systems.
