**Just Some of the Key Responsibilities**

60% of the time (site specific tasks)
- Conduct regular stocktakes
- Maintain PPE and consumables stock levels
- Process incoming orders / Organise outgoing freight
- Identify end of life components and suggest replacements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and the customer’s technical and purchasing teams
- Assist other sites with store issues as required

40% of the time (Spare Parts tasks)
- Provide prompt quotation support and technical advice
- Follow up on weekly pending quotes
- Source Parts locally / globally
- Expand Parts product / line offering
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain agreed stock levels
- Oversee shipping of filled orders to customers and update Customer Service Records
- Customer site stocktakes / inspections
- Liaise with internal / external stakeholder

**What We’re Looking for**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or spare parts coordination role (maintaining a store/stock levels)
- Good computer knowledge skills (comfortable with MS Office
- Exposure to MEX or similar is advantageous, though this will be taught
- Strong organistional and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track inventory efficiently
- Good written and verbal communication skills is key for this role
- Your great customer mindset with the ability to do what needs to get done
- A great positive attitude
- Forklift licence (would be an advantage)
