Harvok is a forward-looking manufacturer and distributor of next-generation energy-efficient recreational vehicles (RVs). Our **NSW head office** is the central hub of Harvok’s Australian operations, supporting branches in VIC, QLD, and beyond.

At Harvok, we combine innovation, sustainable technology, and customer-focused solutions to deliver high-quality caravans and aftersales services. As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a skilled and proactive **Procurement Specialist** to join our head office team in NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing components, materials, and services.
- Collaborate closely with **design and engineering teams**, as well as our **manufacturing partners in China**, to determine:

- Which brand of products should be installed,
- Which models/components best suit different caravan ranges,
- How to maintain product competitiveness while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Build and manage supplier relationships with **industry leaders such as Cruisemaster, Coast to Coast RV,** and other key partners.
- Coordinate across departments (design, workshop, sales, service, and manufacturing) to align procurement with product development.
- Monitor inventory levels, production schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure seamless operations.
- Evaluate supplier performance and analyse procurement data to drive savings, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, industry standards, and sustainability objectives.

**About You**
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing (manufacturing, RV, or automotive sector highly regarded).
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and international manufacturing teams.
- **Excellent computer skills** - proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential; experience with **Eclipse (Dealer operating system)**is highly desirable.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance **cost control and product competitiveness**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A proactive communicator, confident in influencing decisions at both operational and strategic levels.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
