**A bit about the role**

As the Project Scheduler you’ll be responsible for:

- Triaging requests from our sales, product, technical and support team
- Scheduling the appropriate project resources to project tasks
- Scheduling regular internal and external facing project meetings
- Co-ordinating on-site client visits including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
- Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Project Administration tasks such as maintaining accurate records, creating new projects within our toolset
- Retrieving requested information (e.g. project documentation, contracts, scope of works)
- Conducting project health checks
- Creating and updating business process workflows

**We’d like you to have**
- 1+ years’ experience in a project role in a technology or service provider organisation
- Resource management or workforce management experience (desired)
- Foundation Level qualifications in PRINCE2, AgilePM or ITIL v3 or v4 (Desirable)
- Familiar with IT terminology
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication
- Critical attention to detail
