UGL Services, Fuels & Energy are seeking applicants for an experienced Project Scheduler for a position based in either Kewdale or Kwinana, Perth (WA). As part of our Fuels & Engineering portfolio, the PEM&AM is an established and growing team that aims to become the market leader and provider of choice for niche brownfields Asset Management and Project Delivery in the Terminals space.

This role will join our National Project Controls team to develop, maintain, progression and reporting of an integrated portfolio engineering schedule for the National portfolio of Projects
**About the role**
The Project Scheduler both directly develops and integrates schedules supplied by others for portfolio projects into a central, contract wide portfolio schedule to provide planning visibility and resource levelling functionality for the Engineering and Asset Management Teams.
As part of the Engineering and Project Delivery Team and in conjunction with the Regional Project Controls Lead you will work in to provide a holistic controls suite for both cost and schedule control across the $45M+ portfolio.
**About You**
You will inspire your team, draw on their diverse skills and create an environment where great ideas are heard, and everyone looks out for one another. Ideally you will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in an equivalent Portfolio and/or Scheduling role
- Primavera P6 competency, with demonstratable experience in resource loaded portfolio scheduling in a matrix engineering environment
- Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Power BI beneficial
- Demonstrated experience working in and managing a complex stakeholder environment
- Project Management experience beneficial
- Overarching Project Controls skillset beneficial
- Ability to continually improve Project Scheduling documents and templates
- Brownfield / Onshore Oil & Gas experience beneficial
- Ability to support multiple projects across multiple sites
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups to deliver quality projects to clients
