Now, they're seeking a top-tier Project Planning and Scheduling Professional to
**join their team**. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to take on a critical role in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every project is completed on time and within budget, using your expertise to drive success and achieve outstanding outcomes. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using industry-standard project management software.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project schedules accurately reflect project scope and requirements.
- Identify critical path activities and potential schedule risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor and report project progress, identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project cost estimates and provide input into the preparation of project budgets.
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on project planning and scheduling best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications or equivalent experience in Engineering or Project Management.
- 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling in the construction industry.
- Expertise in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, including cost estimating, risk management, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
