They are currently looking forward to hire Scheduler. Taking full responsibility for the management and reporting on project schedule(s)/programme schedule(s) and producing accurate, informative progress reports to support decision making and resource allocation. Working with Contracts and Procurement Teams to provide factual schedule information required to respond to Customer and/or Suppliers
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
The Scheduler responsibilities performs detailed cost analysis & management from a delivery team perspective.
1) Collect new, or review existing information required for the compilation of project/programme schedule(s) by engaging with all relevant parties.
2) Compile project/programme schedule(s) in Primavera P6 EPPM to meet agreed contractual and internal targets and milestones
3) Collect progress data at agreed intervals.
4) Update the project/programme schedule(s) and progress the schedule.
5) Interpret project/programme schedule(s) progress (critical path analysis, optimisation of schedule using float etc.).
6) Pro-actively focus on transferring scheduling best practice knowledge to the team as well as best practice in the use of Primavera P6 EPPM for the said scope of work.
7) Report on project/programme progress at agreed intervals (S-Curves, forecasts, lookaheads, milestones etc.)
8) Identify and track changes on the schedule (especially changes to the Master Site List or Key milestone list), report on the changes as soon as they are id
9) Having Microsoft Project skills is also preferable
