**About the Role**

that all project activities are identified and planned, resources are allocated and the project performance against

schedule is monitored and reported.

**Responsibilities include**:

- In conjunction with Project Managers, prepare schedules for approved projects;
- Review project plans against previous projects and historical lead times to ensure plans are achievable;
- Load project schedules into project portfolio management software and allocate resources as a baseline

schedule;
- Regularly meet with Project Managers to review and update progress against schedule;
- Review resources allocations and report over and under allocations to the Superintendent Site Projects to

ensure that corrective action can be taken when mismatches are identified;
- Monitor project costs and compare with project progress to assist project managers with early identification of

project cost overruns;
- Assist in the creation of the annual budget;
- In conjunction with Project Managers, prepare detailed schedules for project activities during plant shutdowns

and provide these to Plant Shutdown Planners;
- Assist Plant Shutdown planners to identify possible clashes between project and maintenance activities;
- Carry out administrative duties to assist the project team in the management of project records; and
- Participation in the weekly Site Projects call-out roster as required.
- Experience in a brownfields project environment would be an advantage;
- Experience in shutdown planning;
- Knowledge of planning principles;
- Computer literate with knowledge of scheduling (MS Project/Primavera) and cost management software

preferred;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation;
- Ability to work in and develop a team environment; and
- Ability to change and be proactively involved in a changing work environment.
