A national mortgage provider is seeking an experienced mortgage processing officer with knowledge of constructions home loans and how they operate. You will be part of a team of 14 and processing progress payments regarding construction home loans. The role requires the ability to process loans as well has followup clients for particular information via phone and meeting daily processing deadlines.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES will include**:

- Processing progress payments relating to completed stages in constructions of residential home loans
- Chase up invoices and documents from contractors, inputting information into the date base, chase up third parties, solicitors, councils and agents.
- Receive and process all progress payment requests.
- Obtain replacement insurance for stages of construction
- Update systems, convert loans to standard products once the construction has been completed and been finalised.
- Manage all allocated files within the agreed service levels as directed by the

Team Manager.

To be suitable for this role you will have previous mortgage processing experience and knowledge and strong communication skills. The role requires you to have the following attributes
- Ability to prioritize work and perform well under pressure..
- Problem solving and multi tasking skills
- Focus and good attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven previous experience within a documents preparation role required.
- Proven understanding of mortgage products and securities and how approvals

are obtained.
- Intermediate level Microsoft and computer based system skills with the ability to quickly input data or locate information.
