**Key Requirements**:

- Trade qualifications in carpentry or concreting are essential.
- Proven experience on construction projects with safe and competent use of a wide range of power tools is mandatory.
- Construction Induction White Card.
- Proficiency in both hard and soft landscaping techniques, an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret Design drawings & BYDA Services Plans including accurate set out and understanding of levels.
- Strong WHS, time management and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- Willingness to Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including inter-company; client representatives and consultants; the local business and residential community; and authorities.
- Team player, adaptive and versatile, with a positive attitude.
- Driver's license.
- Experience operating machinery such as bobcats and excavators (desirable).

**THE ROLE**

As part of our Civil construction team, you'll play a key role in constructing & delivering civil projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

- Be part of a team of skilled tradesmen and labourers, providing high-quality workmanship.
- Work alongside the Site Supervisor and Project Engineer to ensure the successful delivery of the project from start to finish.
- Participate in daily Toolbox/Prestart reporting and administrative tasks to keep project documentation up to date.
- Collaborate with team and carry out works set by Site Supervisor on a daily basis.
- Contribute to communication between site and office team.
- Undertake project reviews with Site Supervisor as required.
- Carry out works in accordance with QMC FOCUS Initiative.
