**Construction Administration - North Sydney - Temporary to Permanent - Full Time - $40/PH**

Are you an experienced administrator who has worked within the construction or engineering sector?

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing high volume of contractor and supplier invoices for payment.
- Checking purchase orders.
- Document controlling.
- Database management.
- Checking accounts of subcontractors and supplier statements.
- Preparing and processing the release of retention held back to subcontractors as per companies’ policy and procedures.
- Assisting with departments such as WHS, construction, and accounts.
- General administrative duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in construction or engineering.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
