**The YMCA **offers classes for children from crawling age through to 13 years, youth classes from 14 years up, and adult classes. We have a variety of gymnastics programs for different levels to suit everyone's needs.

We are now seeking a **Customer Services Officers **to join the team at **YMCA Stafford Gymnastics **on a **casual basis.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role of **Customer Service Officer **is to help and maintain the strong YMCA customer service ethos and ensure each and every patron accessing the centre is treated to a quality customer service experience

Responsibilities include (but is not limited too):

- Provide high quality, efficient, friendly service of patrons at reception, over the phone and in all written correspondence
- Provide accurate information to customers on all aspects of Centre activities and services
- Complete the daily cash reconciliation and banking details when required
- Continually monitor the cleanliness, safety, security, and presentation of the Centre, in conjunction with all other staff
- Input data from membership forms into the POS system
- Register and receipt (where necessary) all incoming monies
- Complete all administrative and clerical tasks relating to reception area

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated ability to perform of Administration / Customer Service duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organisation
- The ability to prioritise work and meet set deadlines
- Demonstrated literacy, numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to self-motivate and work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Current First aid/CPR Certificate; or willingness to obtain
- National Police Check; or willingness to obtain
