As a Mobility Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting our customers and organizational partners with their mobility needs.Objectives of the Role
As a Mobility Customer Service Agent at SuperPharmacyPlus, your primary objectives include:
- Meeting daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by recommending and explaining the benefits of additional services, and seizing opportunities to provide complete solutions whenever possible
- Maintaining a high-quality presentation of showroom stock, ensuring clear display, ticketing, and stock availability
- Managing the Hire System by generating and returning hire agreements, ensuring customers are fitted for purpose and educated on the use of the item
- Providing feedback to managers on any unsolved problems or areas of improvement
**Daily and Weekly Responsibilities**
- Building expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services
- Building rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
- Responding quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and warranties
- Meeting daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by recommending and explaining the benefits of additional services, and seizing opportunities to provide a complete solution whenever possible
- Maintaining a high-quality presentation of showroom stock including clear display, ticketing, and stock availability
- Maintaining the Hire System by generating and returning hire agreements, ensuring customers are fitted for purpose, and educated on the use of the item
- Providing feedback to managers on any unsolved problems or areas of improvement
**Skills and Qualifications**Whilst there are no formal qualifications necessary, we do appreciate applicants who have worked in health-related or retail environments in the past. **Key capabilities / Areas of Competence**

- Outstanding Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees, and customers.

- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours and being able to handle various tasks such as handling payments, answering complex questions, and building equipment for customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to defuse customer escalations and follow proper escalation procedures when necessary.
- Positive Attitude and Professionalism: Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

- Shift Availability: Saturday / Sunday DAY SHIFTS plus a weekday shift
- Team: Mobility Team
- Award: Health Professionals and Support Services Award (Level according to role / experience)
