**About us**:
SuperPharmacyPlus is an independent community pharmacy with an emphasis on professional services and quality customer care. We work closely with several agencies to help vulnerable community members access medical aids and equipment through a variety of funding sources, including the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages (HCP), and WorkCover Queensland (WCQ).

**About the role**:
Our Mobility Team is looking for a people-focused to coordinate the administrative services for our funded customers. An important part of a supportive team, this role will see you working independently as the key contact for our funded customers and their representatives. Responsibilities include:

- Generating quotes and invoices for customer orders, including confirmation of stock availability
- Liaising with the wider Mobility Team to ensure customers receive suitable products based on their individual needs
- Providing general information on NDIS service eligibility, in line with advice from the NDIA (previous NDIS experience not necessary)
- Developing and maintaining professional partnerships with regular customers, therapists, and coordinators
- Use of customer databases, POS systems, and various software programs

- The ability to prioritise workload, problem solve, and adapt to change
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Empathy and patience when supporting customers facing challenges within the disability sector
- High attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills
- Computer literacy and confidence working in a virtual environment

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $22.28 - $32.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Pharmacy staff are required to be vaccinated against COVID19 as per QLD legislation for health care providers. Customers and staff are also still required to wear masks instore. There are regular cleans and for the admin team, separate work stations.
