**The Role**
The Environmental division in Stafford is seeking an Administration Officer to become part of our team that strives to exceed expectations by delivering quality results on time and maintaining strong relationships with clients. We are seeking an individual with well-developed communication, organisation and practical problem-solving skills.

**The day to day**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assistance to the Client Service and Laboratory teams in daily administration tasks
- Clerical tasks including filing, stationary ordering and telephone reception
- Auditing invoice accuracy against client issued quotations
- Invoice reconciliation and Client claim submissions
- Management of appropriate project subcontractors including entry of analytical data
- Timely and accurate communication between Management, operational staff and clients

**The essentials**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Customer service experience and/or aptitude
- Willingness to learn
- Flexibility/Adaptability to changing work priorities
- Ability to work well unsupervised in a high-volume work area
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- A proactive ‘can do’ attitude and a team player
- Experience in large commercial operations desirable
- Commitment to Quality Management
- Friendly team manner
