**About the Role**

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the role of Facilities Coordinator will have a key focus on the management of Epson’s facilities and administrative functions across Australia and New Zealand.

The role will oversee and support the proper function and presentation of the office, warehouse, and demonstration areas. Ensuring that facilities, staff, and visitors are in a safe and comfortable environment.

The Facilities Coordinator will also work closely with the Receptionist based at our Macquarie Park office and will cover breaks/leave when required.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in facilities coordination/administration or office procurement
- People management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- “Can do” attitude
- Initiative and ability to get things done
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
