**Role**:Cleaning Supervisor

**Location**: Office based in Macquarie Park - Operating in Northern Sydney Region

**Position Overview**: Serco is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor) to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our School Cleaning Contract in the Northern Sydney Region. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with our clients, understand their unique needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, guiding them to deliver excellence in service delivery while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

**The Role**
- Oversee a portfolio of 9 schools
- Delivering a high-quality service and standard across all sites/facilities consistently
- Developing leadership & employee capability to have a sustainable business, servicing our clients and customers
- Building and leveraging effective stakeholder relationships to achieve business objectives
- Planning, coordinating and overseeing the level of service delivered at all sites, ensuring contractual obligations are met
- Support CSM in profit improvement and development
- Lead, support and develop a team of dedicated and competent cleaning staff
- Ensure all staff and contractors are properly trained and appropriately qualified for their role and conduct Toolbox Talks as necessary
- Incident reporting is undertaken quickly
- Undertake Weekly Inspections, report issues and support troubleshooting for prompt resolution
- Facilitate and manage Time and Attendance

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in FM, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
