**About our client**:
Our client is a private and independent Australian project and program management consultancy, delivering large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation projects ranging from $1M to $1.4Bn in value for some of Australia's top companies.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will support multiple lines of the business and help run day to day operations. You will be responsible for administering the sales process to ensure we are consistent and timely in responding to the needs of our clients. You will provide operational input across all aspects of the consulting practice including contracts, sales/renewals, and operations compliance.

**_Your key responsibilities:_**
- Create and review new client engagement contracts (SOWs/MSAs)
- Manage and process engagement renewals
- Client proposals and tender responses
- Provide accurate and pro-active reporting and analysis of financial reports
- Manage reporting of upcoming resources and contract renewals
- Manage sales pipeline list
- Take minutes/actions in Sales/Bench meetings
- Assist with the preparation of monthly newsletter and all hands meetings
- Acquire and manage IT assets, including keeping asset register up to date
- Assist the Finance Manager

**What we're looking for**:
You will have proven experience working within a professional services environment with outstanding client management skills, and be able to demonstrate all or most of the following:

- Successful sales administration track record in supporting consulting operations
- Experience in administering bids and the preparation of EOI and proposals
- Commercial and financial experience - able to review and negotiate contracts and statements of work
- High energy levels - a self-starter able to operate autonomously
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of all MS Office products.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID
