We have a rare opportunity for an AMAZING retail leader to step onto the fashion stage as our next NSW Regional Manager (Western suburbs and ACT region). Reporting directly to the NSW State Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering truly AMAZING customer experiences and driving sales excellence across your region. **WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A REGIONAL MANAGER**
- **Sales Leadership**: Achieve monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store strategies are effectively implemented.
- **Team Development**: Inspire and lead your team, providing exceptional training and fostering a culture of growth and development.
- **Operational Excellence**: Manage wage expenditure, create effective rosters and ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
- **Recruitment and Induction**: Work with the Talent Team to recruit team members who fit our brand and culture, and ensure thorough induction and training processes.
- **High-Energy Culture**:Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging integrity, respect, and open communication.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience in regional management, preferably with a medium to large retailer.
- Strong selling skills and commercial acumen.
- Excellent people management and visual merchandising skills.
- Positive, solution-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Adaptable and self-aware, able to drive business initiatives.
