What's the role?:
Are you passionate about creating meaningful impact and building strong partnerships? As a Partner Account Manager at HERE, you’ll have the opportunity to foster deep, lasting relationships with new and existing Partners across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers the chance to lead strategic/tactical initiatives, engage in purposeful problem-solving, and co-create solutions with our Partners to address complex business challenges and drive growth.
You’ll be working with a diverse network of solution providers, regional system integrators, technology partners, and consultants to identify and address key business drivers for both HERE and its partners. Your efforts will be pivotal in developing HERE’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy within targeted segments, using your expertise to provide tailored, impactful solutions.
This role is a unique blend of strategy, relationship-building, and hands-on collaboration with senior leaders (including C-suite) to ensure a shared vision and mutual success. You’ll work closely with various internal teams such as Business Solutions, Professional Services, and Direct Sales to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions that resonate with Partners and their end-customers.
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- ** Creation of Business Value**: Translate HERE’s platform offerings into valuable solutions for Partners across multiple industries, making a difference in their business operations.
- ** Provision of Partner-Centric Solutions**: Work with stakeholders to understand and address Partners' specific challenges, ensuring that their goals are met.
- ** Go-to-Market Leadership**: Develop and implement a GTM strategy for HERE Partners in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on long-term success.
- ** Strategic Partnerships**: Establish and nurture key relationships with new Strategic and Channel Partners across the ANZ region.
- ** Collaborative Growth**: Drive the "sell with/through" model to meet sales goals, building a strong, sustainable pipeline. You will be responsible for business goals including Bookings and Revenues.
- ** 360° Partner Management**: Engage in full partner lifecycle management, from training and value proposition development to business planning and issue resolution.
- ** Reporting and Data Management** - Accurately forecast revenue and bookings and generate timely, quality data inputs in the CRM system.
Who are you?:
You will be successful in this role if you possess the following skills, competencies and experience:
- Passion for Partner sales, business development and strong customer relationships
- 12+ years of validated B2B Partner sales experience with demonstrated new business acquisition and quota achievement.
- Technology or XaaS related experience is great to have.
- You network with key stakeholders in Australian and/or New Zealand companies that operate across either Transport and Logistics ecosystem (Supply Chain and Fleet Management) or Government (Transportation & Emergency Services)
- Understanding of Partner sales cycles including private companies and/or government agencies. You have the ability to influence key stakeholders at the RFI stage
- You are a creative thinker willing to challenge status quo with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions, while understanding and respecting what works today
- You possess strong problem-solving and influencing skills and the ability to conceptualize winning strategies, formulate strategic initiatives, and execute under tight timelines
