The People & Culture Advisor sits within a centralised HR advisory function which provides support to team members and team leaders for all HR and ER related matters. This role is responsible for providing P&C advice to leaders on HR policy, process and procedural matters as well as drafting employment documentation.

What you’ll do

Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and team members in relation to P&C policy, procedures, practices, Enterprise Agreements, Modern Award and/or systems queries

Manage P&C content displayed on the intranet to promote and drive self service

Triage the People Advice Centre case queue in Salesforce

Process employee and/or position changes in the HRIS and prepare associated documentation

Drafting letters of offer, redundancy letters/consultation packs, flexible working arrangements and exit letters

Collaborate with the People Advice Centre, P&C Business Partnering and COE teams and other teams as required to effectively manage cases

Assist with P&C projects

What you’ll bring

An ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions

Customer centric approach

Demonstrated experience in an operational P&C role

Experience working with SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS
