Are you a finance professional passionate about making a meaningful difference? Baptcare, one of Australia's leading not-for-profit aged care and community service providers, is seeking a dynamic FACS Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Services team in Melbourne.
**About the Role**:
You'll collaborate closely with operational teams to drive financial performance, ensure compliance with aged care funding requirements, and provide critical insights that enhance service delivery to our valued clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with FACS operational managers to develop budgets and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Support funding compliance and reporting requirements
- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Contribute to strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis

**What We're Looking For**:

- Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in business partnering or FP&A roles
- Knowledge of aged care sector advantageous
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems
- Collaborative mindset with stakeholder management experience
