Are you a finance professional passionate about making a meaningful difference? Baptcare, one of Australia's leading not-for-profit aged care and community service providers, is seeking a dynamic FACS Finance Business Partner to join our Financial Services team in Melbourne.

About the Role:

You'll collaborate closely with operational teams to drive financial performance, ensure compliance with aged care funding requirements, and provide critical insights that enhance service delivery to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with FACS operational managers to develop budgets and forecasts
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights
  • Support funding compliance and reporting requirements
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial analysis

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant (CA/CPA) or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in business partnering or FP&A roles
  • Knowledge of aged care sector advantageous
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems
  • Collaborative mindset with stakeholder management experience
