**Franchise Business Consultant**
Our client has been operating for over 25 years and provides high-quality in home and care support rooted in evidence, equity, and inclusion.

Their wide range of flexible, personalised in-home care includes aged care, disability care home help, personal care, transport, companionship, home maintenance, gardening and more.

**The Role**
This role is pivotal to ensure effective working relationships with franchisees, to maximise business performance and ensure industry and system compliance.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager as part of a close knit highly functional head office team, you will support franchisees to build their business, increase profitability and strengthen their commitment to the brand and company values.

A key aspect of this role is to meet franchisees and to discuss performance results, share insights against benchmarks, set meaningful goals and drive improvement initiatives. Given the importance of meeting both franchise industry and care sector regulations, there will also a strong audit component to your dealings with franchisees.

This hands-on focus to observe operational activities and ensure alignment with operations guidelines and statutory obligations, is balanced by your ability to provide practical advice and training to assist with day to day operational efficiency and achievement of the franchisees business plan.

You will also support the broader head office team to deliver training and business improvement initiatives for the franchisees as required.

**Your Experience**
You’ll have a proven background in an operational support role with a natural and credible communication style. You are able to forge relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and understand the value of taking people on a journey.

With an ability to work independently and collaboratively within and across teams, success is assured as you:

- are experienced supporting service providers or business partners in a regulated environment (eg: health, care, wellness)
- have commercial acumen, and understand the drivers of small to medium business success
- work collaboratively with ‘business partners’ and head office colleagues to achieve both sales growth and brand standard improvement
- provide accurate advice to colleagues that informs operational planning and promotes sound business outcomes
- educate and hold ‘business partners’ accountable to company systems, processes and practices

Join the team in the office on Mondays, and then work from home as desired after that. Naturally you will need to meet with franchisees locally, and travel interstate every six to eight weeks.
