Our client, a CBD based architecture firm, is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their ranks.

**This is a role to start ASAP. **It is a permanent role within an established team and social, passionate, focused office culture.

**Location**:Melbourne CBD

**Hours**: Full time, Monday to Friday

**RESPONSIBILITIES -**
- Being the face of the business, managing the reception area
- Overseeing multiple studio inboxes
- Managing and setting up meeting rooms
- Arrange travel, accommodation and transport for team members
- Office management tasks
- Event coordination
- Answering and directing calls
- Assist EA/HR team with overflow work
- Various clerical tasks

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in a similar role previously
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Polite, professional, friendly and reliable approach with a customer focus
- A personality full of get up and go, with excellent attention to detail
- A presentable and polished appearance
