As an **EL1 Assistant Director,** you will lead innovative projects to streamline and enhance conservation planning under the EPBC Act. Your work will directly contribute to protecting threatened species, ecological communities, and key natural habitats.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and review briefing templates, guidance materials, and external engagement processes to ensure compliance with EPBC Act requirements.
- Lead the development and implementation of best-practice conservation planning processes.
- Create innovative solutions for effective planning, reporting, and communication, leveraging data analytics and visualisation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test, refine, and implement contemporary conservation planning practices.
- Review and enhance briefing documents and committee papers to align with legislative and policy priorities.
- Engage with Directors, legal teams, and stakeholders to drive improvements in conservation planning outcomes.
