**About You**
- Completed** Diploma (or equivalent) **in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Full Time OR Part Time availability
- Current First Aid.
- Current CPR.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Child Protection Certificate.
- Experience as an Assistant Director and Room Leader

- ** Planning and implementing educational programs and experiences** that empower children to lead their learning, from sparking creativity with storytelling, to becoming fearless adventurers in the outdoors.
- ** Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children** where messy and risky play is celebrated as a cornerstone of building resilience, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
- ** Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators** because teamwork fuels the unforgettable and joyous moments shared in our Mini Masterminds community.
- ** Maintaining ongoing records of the children’s development** from the first steps to the first day of kindergarten, ensuring no milestone goes undocumented (or uncelebrated).
- ** Leading the curriculum, implementation of experiences, and regular documentation** while following the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
