**The Role**:
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated **Director of Service** to lead our new service in **Ryde, NSW.**
This full-time, permanent position offers flexibility, including the option to work from home during admin hours. You’ll receive a comprehensive **5-week induction program** to ensure your success, with strong ongoing support from your **Mentor** and **Regional Manager**.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community
- Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences everyday
- Fostering genuine connections with children and families
- Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of 2ICs and educators, while managing rosters and maintaining high standards of compliance.
- Serving as the key liaison between TeamKids and your school community

You’re a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and has a genuine passion for working with children. You’ll bring:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence and ease in building relationships with children, parents, and the school community
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage service operations
- Enthusiasm and a playful spirit—you’re not afraid to have fun while getting the job done
- **Desirable**: You are qualified or studying toward an ACECQA-recognized qualification in Education, Youth, Social Work, Health, or related fields, that’s a bonus, but it’s not essential. We provide training
