Full Time position | 38 hours a week | North Ryde

Great opportunity to join this beautiful NFP OSHC service in Sydney’s North Ryde as the Assistant Director and Educational Leader.

**What's involved?**
- Assist the Director with the overall management and administration of the service.
- Create fun programs for the children at the centre.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service in the temporary absence of the Director.
- Contribute to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Work with the Director to develop and deliver a quality service to meet the needs of the children and the school community.
- Provide a positive, safe and professional environment.

**Who are we looking for?**
- A relevant qualification to the childcare / teaching industry or other relevant qualification or working towards.
- 2 years minimum experience working in a child care setting.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, National Quality Standards and National Law and Regulations.
- Leadership or managing others experience.
- Great communication, time management, organisational skills and leadership abilities.
- A positive, professional and co-operative approach to working with educators, parents and the school community.
- **CHCPRT001**:Identify and respond to children and young people at risk - Accredited Child Protection.
- **HLTAID004**: Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting.
