**Primary Objective**:
The Corporate Services Manager will work under the direction of the Operations Manager and CEO based out our Brookvale NSW HQ. The CSM’s responsibilities encompass various aspects of Corporate Services portfolio of HR, Client Services, Marketing and Communications, Risk and Quality Management, and IT and Finance. The CSM will deliver on strategic goals and managing complex technical aspects, including people and culture, technology and service delivery.

**Context Statement**:
Super Cheap Storage requires the CSM to provide excellent corporate services. You are to provide corporate services management in an efficient, effective and performance oriented manner.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Corporate Services Manager:
1. Provide administrative and operational support through research and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning and facility management

2. Improve customer service experience by developing and implementing administrative and staff resources

3. Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

4. Develop service procedures, policies and standards for staff in a range of business functions

5. Keep accurate records and prepare reports on resource allocation/mis-allocation issues and how these affect organizational performance and productivity

6. Provide information, analysis and input into financial reporting and budgeting

7. Recruit, mentor and develop administrative staff to enhance corporate services delivery (internally and externally)

8. Ensure dissemination of timely and accurate information to internal business units to ensure efficient and effective business operations

9. Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets

10. Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities

11. Participate in external stakeholder engagement, including negotiations for asset accumulation, contract negotiation and scope of service agreements

12. Attend conferences, seminars, expos and other government and industry events to represent the business and to build on corporate and government relationships.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. 2 years experience in transport, storage depot administration along with relevant tertiary studies in Business Administration (essential)

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. A passion for people, processes and procedures for internal organization and external stakeholder engagement

4. Computer skills and the ability to learn new systems

5. A genuine interest in efficient operations management and corporate services improvement

6. Flexibility to work the occasional Saturday morning

7. A Strong eye for detail and the ability to become resourceful to achieve a positive outcome for corporate services objectives

8. A willingness to attend events and to ‘be the face of the company’ amongst corporate, government and industry clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
