**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**
- As a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of services for clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise, project management skills, and strong communication to ensure successful service execution.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Service Delivery Management: Ensure services meet agreed standards and contractual obligations.
- Client Relationship Management: Oversee client contact, building strong relationships to drive satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize KPIs to assess service delivery, identify improvements, and implement changes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing service delivery team.
- Incident Management: Oversee incident resolution, ensuring timely responses.
- Continuous Improvement: Initiate and drive efforts to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance updates to clients and management.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Financial Management: Manage service delivery P&L and optimize costs for client agreements.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards.
- Culture of Improvement: Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the service delivery function.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and develop strategies to ensure service continuity.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2 years in Service Delivery Management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Proven success in managing large-scale service operations and client satisfaction.
- Strong experience in client relationship management and cross-functional leadership.
- Familiarity with ITIL or equivalent service management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
